Log into your account or contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your saree to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Quality Inspection
Ensure the saree is unworn, unwashed, and includes all original tags and packaging, as items showing signs of wear or damage cannot be accepted.
Secure Packaging
Pack the item securely in its original box to prevent damage during transit and attach the return shipping label provided by our team.
Refund Processing
Once our artisans verify the product's condition at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
